1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on xbagh, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing a false date of birth is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You may hold only one account on xbagh. Duplicate accounts, including those opened under different names or devices, will be suspended and any associated winnings voided.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact number. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay account verification.
• xbagh reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

xbagh supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. xbagh does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawals are processed after successful KYC verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• All transactions must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share account credentials, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that harms the platform or other users.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or using xbagh in connection with any illegal activity. xbagh cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of any third party, or transferring account balances between players unless explicitly facilitated by a platform-supported feature.

5. Responsible Gaming and Age Verification
